Chef James started out in the restaurant industry at the age of sixteen years old. Growing up watching his mother and grandmother cook, quickly ignited his own passion for food. He learned to always find a way to add a personal touch and to put his heart on a plate.

That drove him to not only have success as a Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Executive Chef, but also led him to start a career as a Restaurant Consultant. For years, Chef James opened restaurants from the ground up and also assisted failing businesses revamp menus, hire and train new staff, and implemented cost effective measures to keep guests returning back for more.

Now, Chef James is offering that same passion, knowledge, and attention to detail for his clients. He and his staff offer an array of selections to either celebrate life’s milestones, (birthday, showers, anniversaries, weddings, graduation, reunions etc…) private dinner parties for a significant other or close friend(s), or just to help make your employees feel appreciated. He has been dedicated to this industry his entire life and will make sure each event is as personal and heartfelt as possible.
